Short notes on whatever occupies my head between tasks.

I've spent years working in IT, helping people keep systems running and making sense of problems that don't come with clear instructions. Lately, I've found myself drawn more and more toward AI engineering — learning, experimenting, and building projects of my own.

Here's what I usually write about:

  • IT and tools — automation, development, how things actually work under the hood.
  • Music — I write and mix; for me it's the same practice of attention as everything else.
  • Tea — oolongs and quiet evening infusions; a way to slow down and return to the moment.
  • Philosophy of consciousness — attention, perception, and questions about the nature of mind and experience.

This isn't a collection of advice or another productivity system. Just personal notes on no schedule — I write when there's actually something worth saying.
